Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery - Menomonie

The new construction of a 73,000 square feet cheese production and packaging facility, restaurant and retail store was recently completed in 2022. The project took roughly 20 months due to supply chain issues. Over the course of the project B&B Electric provided and installed a 3,000 amp and 480 volt service for this project. Our team supplied and installed stainless steel raceways, control cabinets, high voltage power wiring and control wiring to equipment. In addition, we designed and installed a lighting package.
