TATTERSALL DISTILLERY EXPANSION

The Tattersall Distillery location in River Falls, WI is truly a showcase project for Economic Development. The once site of a former “big box” store has been transformed to a state of the art 75,000 square foot event center, distillery and dining experience. We partnered with Tattersall to do the renovation demo, design and install of all electrical systems.

OBJECTIVE & RESULTS

Tattersall began needing more space that their Minneapolis location could accommodate and they began exploring other options. Tattersall River Falls has everything from a world-class cocktail room and restaurant to an outdoor amphitheater and a range of event spaces. Not to mention a sustainable distillery complete with a rooftop solar array, first-of-its-kind water reclamation system and so much more.

PHASE 1

Pre-Planning and Construction Schedule

Once our primary budget had been approved, design development began to take shape as this was a fast track project. Our schematic, . Once the budget was derived, design development began, demo work taking place and construction to follow- all taking place in a few short months. Some of the equipment and chandelier light fixtures from the Minneapolis location needed to be relocated to River Falls, our design and project schedule had to incorporate these aspects as well.

PHASE 2

Production in the PreFabrication Shop

With this project having a condensed schedule and supply chain issues on the rise, we knew that material was going to be an extremely vital part for this project to stay on schedule and in budget. We worked with local supply houses, to “stage” most of the lighting and gear packages. Our prefab department helped greatly with the rough in material and allowing us to not store much material onsite as there was a lot of moving parts with the renovation and install sometimes happening coincidentally.
