Objective and Results
Family Health Center – Menomonie Dental Center recognized the need for a new dental office, and contracted B&B Electric to handle the electrical engineering portion of the project. The project was completed within their required timeline, and their patients are enjoying services in the new office. The new facility includes a reception area, waiting areas, several offices, treatment and hygiene rooms, x-ray, and surgery rooms.

Phase 1
Aggressive Scheduling
The construction of the new dental office needed to be complete in six months. Because of the specialty materials and equipment needed at the dental office, the short turn time required an extremely precise pre-construction planning of materials, equipment, and quality control.
Phase 2
Specialty Fixtures
Specialty light fixtures had extremely long lead times, that we could not wait for. Working in dim or unlit spaces is not an option for many of the trades involved in building projects, so B&B Electric installed temporary lighting in the areas where the specialty fixtures would eventually fit. The long lead times also lead to the need for extreme coordination with other subcontractors.
